Sometimes we have the best of intentions when making an appointment, and then something happens. If you have made an appointment and can't keep it, please give us 24 hours notice so that we can book another client during that time, if possible. We may take a credit card to reserve services for groups or for multiple services. A fee may be assessed for missed or canceled appointments.
Please arrive on time for appointments so that you can experience the relaxing atmosphere. We allow enough time between appointments so that our clients won't feel rushed. If you are running a little late, we can probably accommodate your schedule, but if you are very late (over a half hour) we will have to re-book you either that same day or another day. Our clients are important to us, and we wouldn't want anyone (including you) to feel as if they were being hurried from one room to another, or even out the door!
If you are a first time client, please arrive a little early so that we can show you around and so that you can fill out intake forms, if necessary. Massage clients will be given medical/waiver form to fill out. Our massages are given by professionals who have graduated from some of the best schools in the area, so be prepared to receive a therapeutic, rejuvenating massage.
