We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Vortex, Pregnancy and Hot Stone Massage. Our massage is therapeutic and is done with proper draping and privacy for the client.

Swedish Massage: Swedish massage is an effective treatment for achy, tired muscles and helps to relieve stress. It consists of long relaxing strokes and firm kneading of the areas where tension is usually held; the shoulders and lower back. $60 for 60 minutes, $90 for 90 minutes.

Deep Tissue Massage: This type of massage is best for people who have already had Swedish massage and want to try deep pressure and trigger point therapy to release muscles in spasm. It can sometimes be uncomfortable, even days after the massage, but for people who need this kind of work it is an effective treatment. Hint: Don’t ask for one of these for your very first massage experience! $60 for 60 minutes, $90 for 90 minutes.

The "Vortex" Massage

An easy solution to muscle spasms, muscle aches and the pain associated with muscular exertion

The "Vortex" is a combination modality encompassing techniques from two different energy treatments, combined with sports massage. It releases muscular spasms in seconds, it relieves muscular pain in minutes and it provides oxygenation and endorphins to overworked muscles using compression and petra sage massage. Who says deep tissue massage has to be painful? This technique releases muscles in spasm without resorting to extreme pressure. $40 for one 30 minute chair or table treatment, $100 for four 30 minute treatments. Multiple treatments must be purchased ahead to take advantage of the discount.

The "Vortex" technique can be combined with a Swedish or Deep tissue massage. $70 with a one hour Swedish or Deep Tissue massage with the Vortex energy techniques.

Pregnancy Massage: A wonderful gift for the expectant mother. We support her with bolsters and wedges that allow her to experience the massage while lying face up. A Swedish massage combined with stretching helps relieve the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. $70 for 60 minutes

Hot Stone Massage: Hot river stones are placed under the back for 30 minutes while a Swedish massage works the muscles of the legs, arms, shoulders and neck. Palm stones are used as a part of the massage to provide a soothing warmth to tired muscles. Hot stones are refreshed on the back before a rejuvenating back massage completes the treatment. A very popular cold weather massage! $80 for 60 minutes

Chair Massage: While a specially designed chair allows for concentration on the neck and shoulders, this treatment is done fully clothed. $1 per minute, minimum of $10 minutes.
